Last night the 4th August I get an email stating that Jetstar had cancelled the flight due to Covid. He told us if we cancel it we don’t get the refund and also the flight is on Oct 2020. we are happy if there is a small charge - no problem BUT to lose over $1000.00 and they are screaming for money off the goverment. I had spoken to them 2 times this week and both time they promise a callback and I dont get a call back.
