The VC is not worth the hassle.
Maybe the app is not optimized for recent mobiles? I only got this app for the facial scan aspect, and I had to give up because after trying more than 8 times, and 20+ minutes of the same errors it just isn’t worth it. Post not showing up? Anyone on the same situation? I actually found a quicker way. It depends where/how you log in. Used to be a 100 VC daily login bonus, now it’s 75.

The MYNBA2K20 login process is abysmal.
If it still doesn't appear to be working, try moving your PS3 closer to your Network Hub (assuming you're on a wireless connection). Man, I couldn't log in today and had to reset my password too and the scary part in doing so was when Sony asked for my DOB that's associated with my PSN account because I picked a random year when I signed up in 2009 due to the age restriction (guilty yeah).
