As meditation is one of the best way to de-stress an individual, so volunteers taught correct way of meditation to all the students of school.They also shared the importance of meditation in life and correct way of doing it with the students. A few volunteers taught the other students about the states of India and their location using geography of India Puzzle. Camps typically last between a week and 10 days, although camps for shorter periods are also conducted by NSS. Most institutions do not have a separate uniform for NSS volunteers as one of the great and dedicated toward welfare of India Captain.
