Coming from a continuity that nowadays categorized as non-canon (Star Wars Legends), the story of this book is good and decent enough to have a stand-alone movie like Rogue One : The Star Wars Story in my opinion. He manages to introduce some good slapstick comedy into the books and spoof on things a little. It turns out that Allston knew that continuing with the members of Rogue Squadron as the principle protagonists wasn't going to cut it if he was going to make his own mark on the series and instead opted to creaI was wondering where the series was headed after the last book. But now they are called upon to cheat death twice. The answer: they can't, even if it means being caught between Krennel's ruthlessness and Isard's treachery.Wraith Squadron: they are the Rebel Alliance's ultimate strike force. They’re much less polished than Rogue Squadron, and are always in a lot of trouble. The mission: to gain vital intelligence about Trigit's secret weapons, to sabotage the admiral's plans, and to lure him into an Alliance trap.
